The Heart Foundation Community Speaking Group delivers heart health presentations covering topics such as the amazing heart facts, cardiovascular risk factors, warning signs of heart attack and what to do in the event of, healthy eating, physical activity, smoking to name but a few. The group endeavours to raise awareness of heart health and promote a healthier lifestyle choice.
