Logan Central Respite Centre offers social support (centre based) and flexible respite in the home and community for people experiencing challenge in day to day
living regardless of whether you are in receipt of a Home Care Package, or NDIS ,or a CHSP client you are welcome to receive our services in the Centre or in
your home. Our Centre bus can pick you to and from our Centre. We actively promote wellness, capacity and quality of life programs so each person in our care can live independently in the community.

We are located behind the Caltex Service station on Kingston Road just up from Reserve Road on the right hand side Enter by the Service Station driveway and press the intercom at the security gate.

All inquiries welcome We will assist with My Aged Care Portal . After initial contact our Coordinator will make an appointment for you to either visit our centre or
to have a home visit , where an assessment will be carried out to seek your preference on whether you would like to attend our centre or have flexible respite in the community or both. The choice of programs will be discussed .

A small fee is charged for flexible respite in the home for CHSP clients. A fee is charge for Centre based consumers that covers transport to and from the centre, morning tea and lunch. Outings are covered with this fee. For people on Aged Care Packages and NDIS a brokerage agreement is established with your provider.
