headspace Warwick with outreach to Stanthorpe is a FREE and confidential service that helps young people in our community aged 12-25 with mental health and well-being. We can help with mental health, physical and sexual health, work and study, alcohol and other drug services.
Our friendly staff work closely with young people to help them get the support they need to get their lives back on track.
Our office is easy to find and has disability access throughout. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us on 07 4661 1999 and we will try help in any way we can.
We attend our Stanthorpe office fortnightly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 5pm.
