Charters Towers Respiratory Clinic is pleased to be part of the Australian Government's response to COVID-19. The purpose of the respiratory clinic is to assess, test and treat people with mild-to-moderate respiratory conditions, including COVID-19, influenza and pneumonia. Assessment appointments are ONLY for patients who have symptoms of fever or acute respiratory illness. The respiratory clinic also administers COVID-19 vaccinations for people who are currently eligible for Phase 1b of the vaccination roll out. If you are seriously unwell with chest pain, difficulty breathing or other symptoms please call an ambulance and go to the nearest Emergency Department.
