BodyTone Pilates Wynnum provides reformer Pilates classes in Wynnum for people of all fitness levels, from beginners through to experienced clients. Our instructor-led classes focus on strength, flexibility, core control, balance, posture and general fitness in a welcoming Brisbane Bayside studio environment. Located on Tingal Road in Wynnum, BodyTone Pilates offers a large weekly timetable with flexible class options to support regular exercise, friendly movement and general health and wellbeing. We welcome clients from Wynnum, Manly, Lota, Tingalpa, Hemmant, Wakerley and surrounding Brisbane Bayside suburbs. Services include reformer Pilates classes, small-group Pilates, beginner-friendly Pilates, strength and conditioning-style Pilates, mobility-focused classes and supportive exercise options for people wanting to improve movement confidence, fitness and wellbeing. Memberships are $35 a week for unlimited reformer Pilates classes, there is also an off peak membership which is only $25 a week for unlimited classes between the hours of 10.05am - 3.50pm Monday - Friday and 10.05 - 3.40pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
