Mums,Dads and carers of children aged up to five months are encouraged to attend the Early Parent Group in Mackay to learn about parenting, sleep, nutrition and safety for their baby. It is an opportunity to meet other parents.
The group consists of four two hour sessions facilitated by a Child Health Nurse.
