Your Care
At Upper Mt Gravatt Aged Care Residence, we have the capacity to care for up to 80 seniors surrounded by a secure and friendly community. Our personal approach prioritises residents and their specific needs with the aim to achieve the highest possible level of independence.
Access visiting health services including physiotherapy, podiatry, diversional therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, GPs and dietary/ pharmaceutical services.
Food and Lifestyle
Our onsite Chef is passionate about preparing nutritious meals that taste delicious while providing plenty of variety. The large light-filled dining room is a lively place during mealtimes, while the rooftop garden and lounge is perfect for catching up with family and friends. A private dining room is also available for family functions.
Our Lifestyle Coordinator organises a wide variety of activities and outings ranging from arts and crafts, gardening, music and gentle exercises. There are plenty of opportunities to go on day trips and outings to local clubs or concerts. We also offer hair and beauty onsite to keep our residents looking and feeling their best.
