Provisions of sterile injecting equipment, education & information on blood-borne & viral infections, transmission & risk behaviours, safe drug use & injecting health. Provision of free Naloxone nasal spray and for minimal cost sterile water, wheel filters and condoms. Social services information for Inala area also available. Closed between 12:30pm and 1pm each day. As of 14/05/2024 there is NO needle vending machine available on-site.

Referrals provided for drug treatment, medical, legal and social services. To access Addiction Services Addiction Services supports the client and/or referring clinician by providing access to alcohol and other drug triage and assessment to match the clients’ needs to the most appropriate service. Services are provided within a harm minimisation framework and include: • Comprehensive assessment, counselling, psychological and social support • Outpatient withdrawal services • Group programs • Referral to a range of services • Brief interventions • Outreach • Opiate treatment program • Relapse prevention • Education and promotion activities Contact the Intake Hub P: 07 3489 2777 E: msamhs.ads.intake@health.qld.gov.au Monday to Friday 08.30am to 4.30pm Closed public holidays and weekends.
