It is also necessary for each team member to evaluate their own contribution to the team to gauge and adjust their overall team effectiveness and also to listen to performance feedback and appraisals very successful in finding new solutions that could enhance existing processes. This requires initiative, flexibility, time-management, communication and negotiation skills from supervising staff and management.
