The Chermside Community Health Centre provides a range of services for people living in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. The centre is located on the campus of The Prince Charles Hospital near the Hamilton Road entrance.

•Indigenous Health Services
•Alcohol and Drug Service
•Melaleuca Clinic (opiate replacement therapy)
•Complex Chronic Disease Team (CCDT)
