Clinical assessments and rehabilitation/treatment do not necessarily require a referral (you can self-refer), though to obtain any rebates under medicare, private health insurance, or other insurance method you will most likely need a referral or pre-approval. You will have to secure this before an appointment can be made.
Medico-Legal and Forensic Neuropsychological Assessments require referral and funding approval from your legal representative or legal aid.

Fees are specific to the service provided. Please phone to discuss.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable at the commencement of the consultation.
As the clinical, medico-legal and forensic neuropsychology services involve substantial preparation, failure to cancel appointments with sufficient notice will incur a fee:
if less than 5 business days - 100% of the service fee
if less than 10 business days - 75% of the service fee
if less than 15 business days - 50% of the service fee
