Accoras You.nique provides free, individual outreach support for children and young people aged 0 to 18 years, with the involvement of their families. Meaning we work with the young person in a comfortable environment such as their home or a private space within their school. Who is this program for:  This is for children aged 0-18 years who may be:  Experiencing a diagnosed mental health concern; Showing early signs and symptoms of a mental health concern;  Behaving differently due to recent events such as generalised worries/anxiety, stress management difficulties, difficulties regulating emotions, concerns re: transitioning to high school, friendship difficulties or suspected bullying At risk of developing a mental health concern What does our support look like:  This support is outreach, so an allocated Mental Health practitioner will work with the child or young person, along with their family at their home, school or a suitable place in the community. During our sessions, we offer much more than talk-therapy! We apply practical strategies such as role plays, creating new routines and connecting the family with other appropriate services and support. We will work with the child until the goals have been met or another support service may be more suitable.
