Our psychologists are compassionate and empathic clinicians, dedicated to fostering a warm and secure therapeutic environment where individuals can openly explore and comprehend the challenges they face, striving for transformative change. We work from an attachment, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, drawing upon a range of evidence-based interventions to tailor therapy to individual needs. We welcome all clients, from all backgrounds and we look forward to supporting you and your own unique experiences and personal journey. Our psychologists are experienced in a range of presentations, including: - Eating Disorders - Chronic Health Conditions - Complex Mental Health - Complex trauma/PTSD - EDMR - Grief, acceptance and loss - Anxiety and depression - Major life transitions - Gender We are proudly a neuro affirming and inclusive practice. Our practice accepts private health, private fee, NDIS and Medicare clients. A GP Mental Health Plan can be made to our psychologists to access up to 10 psychology sessions per year.

No referral required. No appointment required. No waiting list. Appointments can be made online via website or by calling us during clinic hours
You do not need a referral to access our services.

A variety of convenient fee payment options available to our clients. We accept: - Privately paying clients (full fee and/or private health rebate) - Medicare clients (note, we are not a bulk billing practice) - Self-managed, plan managed and agency managed NDIS participants.
