Centre Diability Support helps individuals with disabilities establish a more independent lifestyle. We provide support in their own homes or assist in finding a home within the community. Our lifestyle support services include gaining and maintaining daily living skills, managing a home, accessing daytime activities, developing relationships in the community, maintaining connections with family and friends, and living healthy, active lives. Our Community Access Program promotes independent living by encouraging participation and facilitating integration into the wider community.
