Tele-Psych is an Australian-based telehealth psychology practice providing accessible, evidence-based psychological therapy to individuals across all states and regional locations. Our AHPRA-registered psychologists deliver therapy via secure video consultation, allowing clients to access professional mental health support from the comfort and privacy of their own home — without travel barriers or long wait times. We work collaboratively with GPs, insurers, employers, and support coordinators to provide high-quality psychological treatment tailored to each client’s needs. Funding & Referral Pathways Tele-Psych accepts referrals under the following funding arrangements: Medicare (Mental Health Care Plan required) WorkCover (WorkCover QLD) CTP / Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed participants) Private fee-paying clients

No referral required. Appointment required. No waiting list. No referral is required. An appointment may be necessary.
Medicare - A valid Mental Health Care Plan and GP referral is required. WorkCover / Workers Compensation - A valid WorkCover claim number is required. NDIS - Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants only. DVA - Referral from your GP and a valid White or Gold Card CTP / Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance - A valid claim number Private Clients - Clients may self-refer - No referral is required for private psychology sessions.
