PCCS is an Approved NDIS Provider offering specialist care and coordination services for:
■ Complex or intensive support needs
■ Specialist Support Coordination
■ Plan Management
■ Occupational Therapy and Psychological Services.
We are here to assist you with the information you need to apply for an NDIS plan and funding. We can also assist with the application, assessments, coordination, management, reviews and supports in your NDIS plan. If you’re not happy with your current provider we can assist to make switching easy too.
