The Child Development Unit at the North West Community Health Centre provides assessment, consultation/ liaison and management service for school aged children (5-13yrs) with complex developmental problems that affect several areas of their life. As we are a family focused service, parent participation in the referral is required and information from education providers and other health professionals is always helpful. General Practitioner or other medical specialist referral is required prior to appointment.
