The Greenslopes Private Hospital provides both a Phase 2 and Phase 3 cardiac rehabilitation program. The Greenslopes Private Hospital also provides a pulmonary rehabilitation program, a pain management program and day therapy rehabilitation program. A medical referral is required to attend the programs.
