Mental health counsellor experienced in a wide range of conditions and concerns - drugs/alcohol, family violence, parenting, attachment, grief and loss, and life transitions. Trauma informed and trained as a somatic experiencing trauma therapist. Accepting referrals privately or with a mental health care plan. Ages 12 to adult. I utilise a range of therapies including CBT, Acceptance and commitment therapy, sensorimotor art therapy, somatic experiencing, inner child work, as well as many others and are always client focused.
