Access Employment Service is a Disability Employment Network and is funded by the Federal Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. Access provides assistance to people with disabilities by assessing clients abilities and what type of work they want. Access then completes extensive job search and support in the workplace once a person has been placed in employment.access has a Job Placement Licence which is based at their Bowen Hills office. This service provides job placements for employers by assisting them to fill their vacancies. Access also has a Supported Wage contract which operates by providing assessments to Supported Wage clients.
