Referral for TMS must be initiated via local GP - download copy of referral form and GP to fax/email to our clinic
To receive the FREE 35 sessions of TMS (under Medicare) the consumer must have a diagnosis of Treatment resistant depression
- Trialed on 2 anti-depressant with minimal improvement
TMS Hubb also provide TMS treatment under DVA, workers compensation and Teachers Union referrals
Treatment for other symptoms - Anxiety, OCD, PTSD and Chronic Pain are not covered by medicare and consumer will need to pay this out of their own pocket.

35 sessions FREE under Medicare for Treatment Resistant Depression, pt. will require to pay $200 consult Fee to TMS psychiatrist (one off payment) however the 35 sessions of TMS are covered by Medicare with NO OUT OF GAP fee for consumers
