Care for adults experiencing mental health issues, and support for their families. We offer a free and confidential mental health care service for people aged 18 and over.
Some of the things we focus on include:
- mood disorders like depression and anxiety
- self-harm
- eating disorders
- thinking about, planning, or attempting suicide
- early psychosis and psychotic disorders
- trauma related conditions
- personality disorders.

You don't need to get a referral from a GP. We also accept requests for support from:
