GROW provides mutual help support groups with a program of personal growth for people struggling with life's circumstances or recovering from mental or emotional problems. Through membership of a GROW group in an area, GROW offers a real life mini community to help restore a sense of personal value, provide a network of friends for living, an improvement in relationships and improved education of mental health.
