For most patients there is a gap between the Medicare refund and the fee charged.
Pension card holders, Health care card holders, and Commonwealth seniors health card holders receive a reduced rate.
Children under the age of sixteen are bulk-billed between 9am-6pm.
DVA gold card holders are bulk bill at all times.
All concession cards must be presented at the time of billing to receive the concession.
