Centenary Occupational Therapy offer experienced and registered Occupational Therapists to assess your requirements.
We aim to enhance your safety and independence, helping you to keep an active lifestyle and remain independent for longer.
We provide services within the Aged Care & Disability sectors.
We can provide you with a Functional Capacity Assessment to identify current or emerging needs.
Or, we can assist you to increase your daily independence with Life Skills acquisition (cooking, budgeting and
community access), Home Modifications, Assistive Technology and Equipment prescription across the lifespan.
In Home Service are provided under DVA, NDIS, Home Care Packages, Workcover and Private Health.
Centenary Occupational Therapy is a Brisbane western suburbs mobile service who come to you.
