CheckUP is a not for profit company working in partnership with government, industry and the primary health care sector. It has a sector-wide vision, approach, connections, and capabilities as well as fostering innovation and integration. CheckUP works collaboratively to deliver practical solutions, focused on best practice outcomes for a better primary health care sector and better health for all. Some of our diverse range of services, products and events are: Service delivery programs to rural, remote, urban and high need communities throughout Queensland (funded by Australian Government's Department of Health); a health provider database which we use primarily to send out important public health information on behalf of Queensland Health; our annual Health Leaders' Forum, the unique initiative which brings together representatives from key organisations critical to the provision of health care in Queensland; quarterly Queensland Primary Healthcare Network meetings bringing together a diverse range of primary health and community care providers to learn about and discuss current issues and our Training Solutions. As an independent entity, we provide objective support.
