Service Description Phone for referrals open 8am to 9pm - 7 Days. Barts Place or Nathanael House is a Specialist Homelessness Service that provides Crisis/short term supported accommodation and associated support services for young people aged 15-17 years who are at risk of homelessness. Referrals are accepted from south east Queensland, housing young people with diverse backgrounds and needs.
