Employment is a vital part of successful settlement. It brings with it self-sufficiency, self-worth and helps migrants and refugees to complete their journey from arrival to autonomy. Access works with job-seekers to help them overcome barriers to employment and assist others to unlock their potential and to set them on a trajectory towards sustainable employment. Through Access’ Community Employment Services, its registered RTO Access Training and Skills Development and various social enterprises, Access is able to provide CALD and mainstream clients with job-ready skills, vital hands on experience and continual career support to help them attain long term employment.
