Weipa Community Care is a high performing community organization with a proud history of serving the Weipa, Mapoon and Napranum communities and surrounds since 1986.
Our services include Family Day Care, Outside School Hours Care, Women's Shelter and Crisis Accommodation, Healing Services, DV Counseling, NILS (No Interest Loan Scheme), Youth AODS Service (12-25), Opportunity Shop, Cafe and Community Centre, Community Development and Community Events Management.
Our vision is to seek out and fill social services gaps in order to built a better Cape York Community. We deliver cultural relevant and contemporary service outcomes and work closely with our service stakeholders and staff to foster customer and client satisfaction and confidentiality.
