Homesteads Hostel is a high and low care facility providing in-house caring for people who are elderly and/or have a disability. Homesteads Hostel encourage their residents to maintain independence with their everyday living tasks. However, if an assessment reveals extra assistance is needed, Care staff are able to help with personal hygiene, medication, dressing, dementia and emotional support, mobility, meal assistance, special diets, short term illness, rehabilitation, communication and socialisation support.
