Sunshine Coast Wellness is an experienced allied health group wishing to provide a higher standard of holistic health to the Sunshine Coast. Our services include University trained Exercise Physiologists for all of your rehabilitation, prevention and management of chronic conditions, injuries or special considerations to exercise participation.
Our team of Exercise Physiologists will help you recover faster from surgery or injuries, perform activities of daily living with ease, prevent falls and increase the quality of your lifestyle. Our areas of speciality include but aren’t limited to those who experience cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions.
For the Athlete’s or people wanting general fitness with a more in depth knowledge we have exercise scientists to provide a higher standard of training to help you achieve the best results you can.
Exercise scientists are educated with at least 3 years of university studies with an emphasis of performance enhancement and the human body. Through the use of evidence based research we endeavour to provide a smarter rather than harder training approach to achieve maximal results.
