Patients can attend groups without having had a prior admission at Pine Rivers Private Hospital. Funding options can include; Private Health, NDIS, Work Cover, DVA and self funding. A GP Referral is required. Take Exit 58 (Strathpine Road) from the M3 (Gympie Arterial Road and Hoyland Rd, Bald Hills) then travel towards Strathpine Shopping Centre. Turn right at the lights into Dixon Street and continue straight ahead through the roundabout. At the end of the street follow the road to the right and arrive at the hospital on your right. There is free street parking available and disabled parking on the right hand side of the driveway. Extra parking is also available on the grassed allotment if you follow the driveway to the left and down the side of the building.

Eligibility

Referral required. Appointment required. Waiting list. General Practitioner & Health Professional
1. Patient must have a valid referral from either a General Practitioner or Psychiatrist 2. Referrals are subject to the availability of the Pine Rivers Private Psychiatrist and suitability of the facility and services for the patient 3. Patients must be aged 17 years or older

Charges and Fees

Eftpos, Credit Card or HICAPS We are a private mental health facility, therefore patients will require: Private Health Insurance cover / WorkCover / DVA / ADF / IMIH / NDIS packages/ Third Party arrangements or be self-funded to access our services. Please check with your provider to determine your current funding arrangements or call 07 3881 7222, or speak to our Discharge Coordinator if you are getting ready to leave our hospital.
