General Practitioner & Health Professional
• Adults 18 years & over
• Not living/residing in a residential/ commonwealth care facility
• Able to travel to facilities that offer podiatry service
Acute Foot Complication
• Current foot ulcer with or without infection
• Acute Charcot Arthropathy (red, hot, swollen, painful foot)
• Acute Ischaemia / Dry Gangrene
• Ingrown infected toenail
High Risk Feet
• Previous foot ulceration or amputation
Two (2) or more of the following risk factors:
• Peripheral Neuropathy
• Peripheral Vascular Disease
• Significant foot deformity
