The Queensland Human Rights Commission is an independent statutory body established under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991. Our core business is to receive and deal with complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment and other contraventions of the Qld Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 and the Human Rights Act 2019. We also provide training and education services about rights and responsibilities under these laws and promote understanding and discussion of human rights. We have offices in Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns. Before 1 July 2019 we were call the Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland.
