Mount Louisa Medical is still open for appointments.
Prior to making your booking, a receptionist will ask you some questions which will assist with triaging your appointment and allow us to offer telephone and video consultations for eligible patients.
When you arrive at the practice, we request that you knock on the door then take a seat and wait for our nurse to take your temperature conducting a second triage prior to entry into the practice.
This allows us to allocate seating and keep our vulnerable population as safe as possible.
Some consultations may need to take place in our designated consulting area in our carpark.
Our reception team is available to take your calls from 8:15am-4:30pm Mon to Fri however our practice opening hours extend beyond these times allowing us to use maximum resources to care for our patients at this time.

Please call ahead to the practice if you have a fever with a cough, sore throat or shortness of breath and you have travelled overseas in the past month.
You must present your pension/concession/healthcare and DVA or Medicare Card at your appointment.
