Helpline
The Veterans' Families Helpline is a confidential telephone service that provides information and referral to services that can assist veterans' families and carers who are concerned that their veteran or former serving family member is experiencing mental health issues. The Veterans' Families Helpline is a pilot program and is available to residents in the greater Brisbane and Ipswich regions. The service is funded by the Australian Government Department of Veterans' Affairs and provided by Relationships Australia. Callers who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment can call the Veterans' Families Helpline through the National Relay Service.
