Kolan Community Options provides entry level support to assist older people aged 65 years and over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) to remain living in their own home and in their community. Services include domestic assistance, transport, social support - individual and group, personal care, home maintenance, respite and centre based day care.
