I have extensive experience in assisting adults and young people from the age of 16 years, with a wide range of common difficulties, clinical and non-clinical. I treat Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Trauma, Low Self-Esteem, Women’s Issues, Grief, Trauma and Unfulfilled Goals.
I use a number of treatment modalities tailored to your needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing and Trauma Processing(EMDR).
We are back from a wonderful break over the festive season and look forward to seeing you all soon.

We offer support for people through work cover and Compulsory Third Party Vehicle Insurance.
The fees for these are normally met by the insurance and work cover companies.
To receive the Medicare rebate of $89-65, a GP MHP is required.
We only offer one hour sessions with the full fee of $165.00.
If you have a GP Mental Health Plan, the rebate is as shown above.
Once this is refunded, you will have paid a gap fee of $ 75.35.
