Way to Wellness Program, Alcohol and Drug, Mental Health, Psychology, Self Help and Support Group
The BFFQ Program aims to provide facts, strategies and provide locally based information on where to access more help. This is achieved by: •Provision of free public alcohol and other drug information sessions •Connection to Family AOD Workers who can provide brief intensive support to family members •Referral to other assistance including peer support and social services To access the Program, individuals can: •Contact the Breakthrough for Families Coordinator on telephone 1300 707 655 to discuss your circumstances,including the possibility of attending a free public alcohol and other drug information session •Contact the Bridges Health & Community Care Alcohol and Other Drug Intake and Advice Line to speak with a Family AOD Worker on telephone 1800 AODBridges (1800 263 274) •Complete a Bridges Health & Community Care Referral Form and email the completed form to referrals@bas.org.au or fax to 07 4152 2107
