Aiki Abilities is an extension of the leading edge Aikido Institute Alternative Education Service. It specifically caters to people with a range of physical and/or intellectual disabilities. Skill development includes personal grooming, social skills, numeracy and literacy, food preparation, financial management skills. Learning and life skills development. Volunteers are welcome.
Classes on Tuesday and Thursdays are:
Children's class 6:00pm to 6:45pm.
Adult's class 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
Saturday is only Adult's class 7:30am to 9:30am
