Located in Pavilion 3 on the COUCH Cairns Hub NQ site. Pavilion 3 is located down the boardwalk to the back of the facility. As you park in the first or second carpark you proceed to the boardwalk and walk around until you locate Pavilion 3. Signs are displayed.
