The Pharmacy Department currently provides clinical and operational services for:
- medical, surgical, rehabilitation, palliative, renal and emergency inpatients;
- ophthalmology, orthopaedic, gastroenterology, palliative, neurological, infectious diseases, geriatric, dental and gynaecology outpatients; and,
- peri-operative, day procedure or day infusion, and pre-admission cases.
Caloundra Hospital Pharmacy provides services generally geared to patients at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. It is also home to the District's Rehabilitation and Ophthalmology Services with the recent addition of a Palliative Care Unit and Renal Unit.
