Bridge Employment is an open employment service for people with disabilities. Jobseekers are assisted to find the type of employment that they are both interested in and able to undertake. Training needs are identified as well as assistance with job searching skills e.g.: resume writing, computer skills, interview skills etc. Clients are referred to service via Centrelink and are assigned a Training & Placement Officer to work with them to achieve their employment goal.
