Palliative Care
Provides public health funded services and care support for people who have an advancing and incurable illness, for whom the primary treatment goal is quality of life. The Service supports care within inpatient, outpatient, home care and Residential Aged Care settings. The service works with treating GP's or specialists and domiciliary nursing services.

There is no cost for the accessing the Palliative Care Service. However, please note that:an Approval is needed to access funds for some services you may require to meet your care needs at home. Delivery costs apply for some home care equipment.
