CASA is unique in Mackay in that it combines housing provision with housing support services in the one organisation.
CASA's vision is to have functioning households, stable families and individuals in sustainable and affordable housing. CASA assists in supporting disadvantaged people in the Mackay community.
Our programs offer options for housing support to maximise knowledge and strengths to achieve independence and stability. We value respect, integrity, diversity and promote self-reliance. CASA takes a prominent part in inter agency working groups and projects addressing identified needs to service those in our community who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
