IDEAL Placements is a Not for Profit, Community based, Government Funded Organisation. We deliver a free service to assist people with disabilities & disadvantaged groups find and keep employment. IDEAL Placements work in conjunction with the Employer to ensure the most appropriate person is placed in each position. IDEAL Placements will help clients prepare for work. This may be through training and job readiness skills, resume writing, interview techniques or even just motivation. They will assist clients to find a job that suits their skills and abilities, provide on the job" training and arrange any other specific training required to learn and develop the client in their chosen career. Ideal Placements will also negotiate with clients and their employer to provide the support required for them to be successful in their job placement."
