Health & Wellbeing North Ward was established in 2007, an evolution from the North Ward Medical Centre which had been operating for over 30 years out of the same premises. In 2017 we moved into our very own purpose built practice. Our Doctors work with onsite Allied Health Practitioners to ensure all aspects of health are covered and you are given as many choices as possible when it comes to achieving the best possible level of health and wellbeing for yourself and your loved ones.
