Evolve Therapeutic Services (ETS) provides specialist intensive trauma-informed mental health services for children and young people aged 0 -18 years. The children and young people who come to Evolve Therapeutic Services are involved with the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs and are on child protection orders and in out-of-home care. They experience severe and/or complex psychological and behavioural support needs.
We provide mental health support to help improve children and young people’s social and emotional wellbeing and their participation at school and in the community. We do this by working therapeutically with children and young people and their families/carers. We also support the knowledge and skill development of foster / kinship carers, residential care providers, government, non-government and private sector service providers in supporting children and young people in care.
