Services Offered Respite

Service Description Organisation has a purpose built Respite Centre that provides an opportunity for young people with a disability and the frail aged to participate in a variety of activities away from the family home. In-home accommodation support, alternative family placement, general accommodation support, case management, local coordination and development, Home and community care (HACC) funding. Volunteers are welcome.
