Community transport for CHSP eligible clients. This service has been established to offer planned transport options to enable people who are transport disadvantaged to go shopping, visit the library or attend doctor's appointments or participate in community activities. Community Transport is also available for clients under 65 years old who are needing short term transport assistance. Bookings required. Please call for more information.
